On Saturday 28th July members of the Ulster Youth Orchestra and conductor David McCann will offer members of the public the opportunity to be part of the very first Rushmere Symphony Orchestra at Rushmere Shopping Centre in Craigavon.

The Ulster Youth Orchestra are delighted to be able to offer the opportunity for members of the public of all ages and abilities to come together for a great day of music making and fun. The day will begin at 1:30pm with an informal rehearsal taken by David McCann which will give players the chance to meet each other, work together on preparing the music, learn new skills and grow in confidence before they give their very first performance as the Rushmere Symphony Orchestra in the Shopping Centre at 3:30pm.

This opportunity is for all ages and abilities, we just ask that you can read music and play one of the following instruments: Violin, Viola, Cello, Double Bass, Flute, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, French Horn, Trumpet, Trombone or Tuba.
